Unbeatable flavour starts with uncompromising quality. That’s why we use only real, wholesome ingredients. Like enriched 100% Canadian flour, genuine ghee butter for richness and aroma, and whole buttermilk for that signature Panaji softness and creamy mouthfeel.

the doughWhere some bakeries speed things up — we slow them down. Our dough slow-ferments naturally over time, gradually transforming into the easily digestible, ultra-fluffy naans you know and love.

After taking it slow, it’s time to crank up the heat — fast. As soon as they’ve been brushed with a buttery coating, every Panaji naan is flame-baked at over 600º for just a few seconds. The end result is an impossible-to-beat flavour with our signature softness.
