Avocado Naan
Quick and delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Panaji Roasted Garlic and Cilantro Naan (2 pack)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup store-bought guacamole
- 16 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 4 soft boiled eggs, sliced
- ½ cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup cilantro leaves
- Sriracha hot sauce to taste
- Pickled onions
- Chili flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Place naan on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive Place in oven and cook for 15 minutes.
- Spread ¼ cup of guacamole evenly over each naan. Top the guacamole with sliced cherry tomatoes and 2 sliced soft boiled eggs. Drizzle with sriracha sauce and garnish each avocado naan with ¼ cup cilantro leaves.
- Optionally add pickled onions and chili
