Grilled Salmon Naan Wrap with Yogurt-Dill Sauce

Wrap
- 2 Full-Sized Panaji Original Naan
- 2 salmon fillets (approx. 4 oz each)
- Olive oil (for brushing)
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (mix of red and yellow), halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- Fresh dill sprigs (for garnish)
Yogurt Sauce
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt
Instructions
- Prep the Yogurt Sauce: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, and salt. Set aside or chill while you prep the rest.
- Grill the Salmon: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the salmon with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Grill each fillet for 3–4 minutes per side or until cooked through and lightly charred. Remove and let rest.
- Warm the Naan: Heat naan in a skillet or oven until soft
- Assemble the Wraps: Spread a generous spoonful of yogurt sauce on each naan. Flake the grilled salmon and place over the sauce. Top with halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and extra sprigs of dill.
- Serve: Fold the naan gently or serve open-faced. Enjoy warm!
