  • 6-8 Panaji Apple Cinnamon Naan Minis
  • 1½ cups vanilla or plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ green apple, thinly sliced or diced
  • ½ cup mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries)
  • 2–3 tbsp granola
  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • Pinch of cinnamon

  1. Lightly toast the Apple Cinnamon Naan Minis in a toaster oven or skillet for 2–3 minutes until warm and slightly crisp. Let cool, then cut into bite-size pieces.
  2. In two bowls or glasses, add a layer of yogurt, followed by naan pieces, apples, berries, and granola or seeds.
  3. Add another layer of yogurt and toppings until bowls are full.
  4. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Serve immediately while the naan still has a slight crunch.
