Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 Panaji Naan
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 2–3 slices leftover turkey
  • 1 slice Havarti or Swiss cheese
  • A handful of arugula or baby spinach
  • Optional: a spoonful of stuffing (if you’re living right)

Instructions

  1. Warm the naan in a skillet or oven until soft and flexible.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on the inside.
  3. Spread cranberry sauce over the mayo (don’t worry if they mix).
  4. Layer on turkey and cheese.
  5. Add greens, and stuffing if using.
  6. Fold like a taco or close like a sandwich.
  7. If you want it melty: Press in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side Or use a panini press

Tips

  1. Dijon mustard is great here if you want a little sharpness.
  2. If the turkey’s dry: add a tiny spoon of gravy before closing the sandwich.
  3. Garlic naan works too — it makes this taste like a deli sandwich that knows how to party.
