Naan Italian Sandwich

Garlic naan is spread with goat cheese before being topped with ribbons of roasted red pepper, prosciutto and arugula. Sandwiched with another garlic naan, this is a flavourful, fluffy lunch on-the-go.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of 4-pack Panaji Snack-Sized Roasted Garlic Naan
  • 4 tbsp plain goat cheese
  • ½ cup jarred roasted red peppers, drained and sliced
  • 4 to 6 slices of prosciutto
  • 1 cup of arugula

Instructions

  1. Spread 2 snack-sized roasted garlic naan with goat cheese.
  2. Add the rest of the sandwich ingredients. Top with a second naan to make a sandwich.
