  • 2 pieces of Panaji Original Snack-Sized Naan
  • 1 cup of Ricotta cheese (or sub Cottage Cheese)
  • 1 cup of sliced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • ½ cup micro greens or sprouts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
